This will help you to tackle the tasks that are most important first and will leave you feeling less stressed in the long run since you know your non-negotiable tasks will be completed fairly early on. You can also do your list in order of easiest to hardest. Maybe lots of your tasks will only take 3-5 minutes, but you have just been putting them off recently. Getting a load of these done first can also take a load off your shoulders and give you the breathing room you need to focus in on the more intensive tasks.
  2. Plan Out Your Whole Day - Day planning can range from simply writing out the tasks you need to complete to writing out every single move you are going to make. For those weeks that are extremely busy, we recommend planning out all your actions for the day including your meals, your time for exercise, and other self-care activities.
